Ben has been immersed in real estate for most of his life. At age 15, he started working as a personal assistant to the business owners of three Harcourts offices on the East Coast of Australia. In 2013, he was nominated as a finalist for Australia Auctioneer of the Year. Despite his continually growing list of achievements, his number one passion continues to be Harcourts. Rick DeLuca’s real estate career began in 1976 and in his first year, he achieved an amazing 42 property sales. He then went on to average nearly 200 property sales per year and has been honoured with numerous industry awards in America including Reno’s Salesman of the Year and Nevada’s Realtor of the Year. Rick has gone on to own an independent real estate company of 193 agents that led the nation in production, averaging 48.6 closed transactions per agent per year, and has spoke at every national real estate franchise convention across the country.
Joining us all the way from New Zealand, Anna sees the move as a fantastic opportunity to challenge herself both personally and professionally, and still stay within the Harcourts brand that she has been part of since beginning her career as a real estate agent in 2007. She joins the team following 4 years as Operations Manager with the No.1 Harcourts Office in the World for Revenue – Harcourts Gold Papanui. The professional grounding that she received as part of this forward thinking, auction focused and driven team was second to none. Her strong skillset includes mentoring and supporting the team across all facets of the business and inducting & training new and experienced agents in reaching both their personal and business goals.

He has gone from being a key member on a top producing real estate team, to opening up his own marketing consulting firm, all the way to running the digital marketing for a national brokerage with physical offices in 32 different states. He now utilizes his knowledge, skills, and determination to assist and coach agents and owners all throughout Harcourts Pacific.

Kellie provides comprehensive financial and business management accounting support service for all aspects of the organization. Her responsibilities include overseeing corporate accounting needs, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Kellie also coordinates and oversees all award functions and annual conferences. Kellie is passionate about what she does, loves a challenge, and looks forward to contributing to the continuing growth and success of Harcourts.
Marketing & Communications Manager for Harcourts USA
Erica began her marketing career in online B2B marketing, developing skills in written communications and copywriting through managing organic SEO and PPC campaigns. From there she began working in the world of graphic design and content creation. Her experience includes everything from brand and asset management to graphic design, as well as event planning and managing corporate partnerships. Erica joined Harcourts in September 2014 as the Marketing and Communications Manager. She is responsible for supporting the franchises with their marketing efforts on an agent and owner level while ensuring the integrity of the Harcourts brand is upheld. As a part of the Events team, Erica also assists in the planning of national and local events.

He has a natural ability to bring out the best in people and challenge them to achieve more than they thought possible. Jonathan has a vast understanding of business cumulated through experience in sales and marketing. His impressive resume comprises of management roles in Corporate Risk Mitigation, Real Estate Sales, Mortgage and Finance. His goal is to further expand the Harcourts market share by assisting each and every agent with offering auction as weapon in their everyday business. His tenacious aspiration for auction growth and expansion makes Jonathan an unbelievable asset to our Harcourts Auctions team.

Emilee joined the Harcourts team in 2017 and brings infectious enthusiasm and drive to her daily responsibilities. With a degree in marketing and a background in sports, Emilee thrives on creating a positive team environment while getting results across all aspects of PR. She has a passion for creating unique and creative social media content and is keen to go above and beyond for colleagues and clients.
Heidi has an exceptional understanding of the auction process and appreciates the importance of vital communication required between Agents, Sellers, the Harcourts Business Owners and the Auction team. With a degree in communications and a background in managerial customer service, Heidi possesses a high level of customer relationship skills and the ability to cope with conflicting work pressures while maintaining accurate auction registers and an effective delivery of client services. Heidi’s involvement in leading the delivery of auction administrator services provides agents and all clients with security and peace of mind when dealing with the Harcourts Auction Team.

Laurie has worked alongside Rick DeLuca for a number of years, assisting with financial and administrative tasks. Her role as Head of Administration spans across all of Harcourts Northwest, as she manages the operational side of the business throughout Oregon and Washington.
Franchise Development Assistant
Debra’s focus is to expand the California market by introducing Harcourts Auction model to local independent brokers in the state. With her experience in business development and in the real estate industry, she is excited to grow the Harcourts family on the West Coast by sharing ownership opportunities with interested franchisees. Debra is passionate about helping others create success and building great futures. She was raised in Michigan however has lived in Southern California for the last several years and loves taking advantage of all the outdoor activities that Southern California offers bike riding, swimming, golfing and going to outdoor concerts in the park.
